Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
